We Don't Die: George Anderson's Conversations with the Other SideMartin, Joel, & Romanowski, Patricia
Joel Martin, host of his own Joel Martin Show on radio and cohost, with medium George Anderson, of a weekly cable TV talk show, Psychic Channels, presents Anderson's life story plus near-verbatim transcripts of questions asked by members of the audience and by phone-in calls. Anderson's method is to write on a pad what he sees and hears when communicating with people who have "passed on" on the behalf of those still living. Several examples are given of the sometimes symbolic mode of communicating that can cause difficulty in transmitting the intended message. Also included are some informal reports of attempts to investigate George by persons who call themselves parapsychologists but who are not members of the Parapsychological Association. Appendix I is a glossary of some of the symbols George receives psychically along with their interpretations. A second appendix presents a "selective history of mediumship." There is a bibliography on the history of psychic phenomena, seances, and religion as well as some general interest books to assist those who want to learn more about the subject.
