Ghosts Over Britain

Moss, Peter

A collection of 60 modern British "ghost stories" selected from letters and telephone calls the author, an historian, writer, and broadcaster, received in response to ads placed in British newspapers. These cases were chosen from the hundreds of accounts received because those who contributed them were obviously sincere and because corroborative evidence of some sort was obtained. Some types included are apparitions, historical haunts, family ghosts, poltergeists, and ghostly warnings.
