Understand and Develop Your ESP: Based on the Edgar Cayce Readings

Thurston, Mark A.

Psychologist Thurston heads the Enlightenment Services Division of the Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.). This book is based on the Edgar Cayce readings, as well as some of the current findings in psychology and parapsychology. Part I consists of a chapter-length survey of major theories and models for understanding psi operation and another chapter describing Cayce's theory. Part II is concerned with the development of ESP and builds on the ideas presented in Part I. There is a chapter that describes attunement procedures that are to be incorporated in daily living, followed by a chapter describing exercises for developing specific aspects of psi ability. The first draft of this book was modified by the suggestions of 400 A.R.E. members who took part in a research project on developing psi ability.
