John White, who has previously compiled several anthologies, here presents one on possible military applications of psi using material drawn from books and articles. The arrangement is in three parts: (1) three documents that provide historical background; (2) 11 selections that present views of the present situation, and (3) two documents that are future-oriented. White provides an Introduction, an Afterword, and an appendix on psychic energy. He emphasizes peaceful and peace-making applications of psi.
