Channeling: How to Reach Out to Your Spirit GuidesRidall, Kathryn
Ridall is a psychologist who has had firsthand experiences as a channel. Channeling is viewed as a capacity available to all—one that can be used to explore consciousness. She tells how she became involved in channeling and what it has meant to her. The bulk of the book is about how to channel and on the relationship with guides. There also is a chapter on Encountering Doubts and Resistances" and one on learning special channeling techniques. She closes with a chapter on "Channeling and the Evolution of Consciousness." Dr. Ridall makes plain why channeling has become so popular because it is a technique that can be learned and because it can be used to promote personal growth. As presented in this book it differs from trance mediumship in that one can do it oneself and need not depend on someone else.
