Parapsychology: Its Relation to Physics, Biology, Psychology, and PsychiatrySchmeidler, Gertrude R. (Ed.).
The papers in this book are the result of a symposium sponsored by the American Society for Psychical Research held in New York City in 1974. There are two papers on parapsychology and physics by J.H. Rush and R.B. Roberts; there are two on biology and parapsychology by R.L. Morris and B.R. Grad; there are four contributions on psychology and parapsychology by LL. Child, G.R. Schmeidler, R.L. Van de Castle, and L. LeShan; and psychiatry and parapsychology is represented by four papers by M. Ullman, S.D. Kahn, B.E. Schwarz, and J. Ehrenwald. In each subject area the symposiasts dealt with the following questions as stated in the Foreword: "What are the significant experimental findings? What are their implications? What are their potential applications? What further research is needed?"
