Tai Ji: Beginner’s Tai Ji Book

Huang, Chungliang Al

I have looked at several Tai Ji instruction books, wanting to try something simple by myself. However, each time I get lost among the many moves, can’t close down on one, and finally give up the attempt. This gem of a book is true to its title. A world-renowned teacher demonstrates the most basic steps in this beautifully illustrated book that captures the spirit as well as the movement of Tai Ji, a practice which can be considered a Project of Transcendence.
