Lucid Dreams in 30 Days: The Creative Sleep ProgramHarary, Keith, & Weintraub, Pamela
This slim volume describes the Creative Sleep Program, which is designed to make the dreamer conscious that he or she is dreaming while in the dream itself. Moreover, it shows the lucid dreamer how to direct his or her dream and even alter the dream's locale. The program runs for a four-week period in which the reader not only is given instructions in how to have lucid dreams, but also how to induce "an especially intense form of the lucid-dream experience--an altered state we call high-lucidity--based on principles originally put forth centuries ago by Yogis in Tibet" (p. x). This volume is the first in an ongoing New Age 30-Day series being published by St. Martin's Press. Others deal with out-of-body experiences, intuitive sex, and mystical experiences.
