This book is based on the premise that in our infancy we are all natural athletes with almost unlimited potential. The author attempts to map out a systematic approach to reclaiming that original potential. He "outlines a natural process of training which incorporates the conscious development and integration of body, mind, and emotions" (p. viii). In Part I, "Understanding the Game," he attempts to teach readers to use the power of awareness and to realign themselves with the laws of nature. In Part II, "Developing Talent," he shows readers how to develop physical, mental, and emotional talents. In the third section, "Moving with Spirit," he clarifies the training techniques, discusses competitive experience, and presents his vision of the future evolution of games and sport.
