Philosophical Dimensions of Parapsychology

Wheatley, James M.O., & Edge, Hoyt L. (Eds.).

This is an anthology of 30 previously published articles on philosophy and parapsychology. Both editors are professional philosophers. Wheatley contributes an introductory overview of the book and Edge wrote the introductions to each section, of which there are five. The titles of the sections and names of the authors of the articles in each are as follows: I. "Psi and Philosophy" (Broad, Ducasse, Scriven, and Mundle); II. "Psi and Cognition" (H.H. Price, Thalberg, Swiggart, Wheatley, and Roll); III. "Psi and Precognition" (Ducasse [two pieces], Broad, and Brier); IV. "Psi and Survival" (Wheatley, H.H. Price, Ducasse, Nayak, Penelhum, Flew, and Broad); V. "Psi and Science" (Beloff, Murphy, Meehl and Scriven, Chauvin, Shewmaker and Berenda, LeShan, and Tart). The 15-page bibliography should be very useful.
