Earth Energies: A Quest for the Hidden Power of the PlanetKing, Serge Kahili
This is a speculative work on planetary energies by a psychologist who has studied shamanism and kahunas. He deals with psychoenergetic fields and adopts the word vril "as a generic term for an energy related both to the mind and to Nature" (p. xii). As we have done with EHEs, he explores the hypothesis that "in addition to their unique aspects, many sources also have a single energy in common, in the same way that the different physical elements all have electrons in common" (pp. xii-xiii). He devotes chapters to ancient clues, Mesmerism, Reichenbach’s Odic force, Reich’s Orgone energy, pyramidology, radionics, psychotronics (psi), earth energies, geomancy, extra energy (miscellaneous sources), and prospects for the future. In the latter he proposes potential applications for vril in healing, agriculture and husbandry, pollution, transportation, construction, and war. He presents some experimental procedures for use in vril research in an appendix.
