The Invisible Picture: A Study of Psychic Experiences

Rhine, Louisa E.

Pioneer parapsychologist Louisa Rhine studied thousands of spontaneous psi experiences for years. This is a distillation of that research in which she explains why she did it and what she found. Except for two introductory chapters and a final overview, the subjects of 15 chapters had already been dealt with by Dr. Rhine in articles in the Journal of Parapsychology. However, she views the material in each chapter from the perspective of the entire study and from over three decades of concentration on this material. New examples are used, and in a real sense this book provides a fresh look at the psi process as revealed in spontaneous cases.
