To Kiss Earth Good-ByeSwann, Ingo
Ingo Swann, although trained as a biologist, is an artist who has strong psychic abilities. To Kiss Earth Good-Bye is his personal account of his psi abilities (PK, precognition, and out-of-body experiences), including the research done with him as a subject by Targ and Puthoff at Stanford Research Institute, by Karlis Osis at the ASPR, and by Gertrude Schmeidler at City College. Understandably, most psychics are primarily interested in their abilities primarily from a practical and personal point of view, but Swann is intellectually stimulated by his experiences and has a scientific interest in understanding them. There are frequent references to the scientific literature throughout the book, which has a nine-page bibliography. For his recent ideas on ESP, see his latest book.
