Possible Impossibilities: A Look at ParapsychologyHall, Elizabeth
Elizabeth Hall, formerly Managing Editor of Psychology Today and currently Editor-in-Chief of Human Nature, has specialized in writing books on psychology aimed at young people. This particular book is about the pros and cons of the science of parapsychology. Although she accepts the legitimacy of the evidence for psi phenomena, her approach is critical. She does a good job of pointing out the normal explanations of what sometimes give the superficial appearance of being instances of ESP or PK. Regrettably, no bibliographic references are cited, although numerous investigations are described.
