D.D. Home: The Man Who Talked With Ghosts

Edmonds, I.G.

This is a popular biography of D.D. Home by a prolific author of reliable books for young people. Edmonds reports on the feats of Home witnessed by others including levitation, fire-immunity, and spirit raps. In the last chapter he describes techniques by which a magician could repeat most of Home's phenomena. However, as he also points out, no one ever proved that Home was fraudulent.
