Life Between Life: Scientific Explorations into the Void Separating One Incarnation from the NextWhitton, Joel L., & Fisher, Joe
In the Introduction, Whitton, an M.D., says that in this book, as in his psychotherapy, he proceeds from the assumption that reincarnation is a fact. He says he uses "past-life therapy" to study the spiritual dimension of human beings. Specifically, he presents several case histories in which he used hypnotic age regression to discover that souls do reincarnate and that between incarnations, in the bardo state, they choose the script for their next lifetime. Whitton proposes that by looking at our past lives it is possible to learn how specific behavioral and emotional patterns developed and so are in a position to change them.
