He covers clairvoyance, telepathy, precognition, dreams, and psychokinesis, devoting a chapter to each. In each instance he describes a well-known case to illustrate the phenomenon in question and then describes a simple do-it-yourself test for it, including precautions against sensory cues and mathematical evaluation of the results.
