The Seen and the Unseen

MacKenzie, Andrew

This collection of authenticated cases of apparitions by a veteran investigator is in two sections. The first contains four chapters devoted to the sense of a presence. The second section consists of 26 chapters devoted to hauntings (or hauntings plus poltergeist phenomena). Evidential aspects of the cases are emphasized. In a concluding chapter, he assesses the evidence for the preceding cases, relating them to other surveys and cases in the literature.
