The Iceland Papers: Select Papers on Experimental and Theoretical Research on the Physics of ConsciousnessPuharich, Andrija (Ed.).
This is a compilation of five of the papers that the editor, a physician and inventor, deemed most important of those given at a conference held in 1977 in Iceland under the sponsorship of the Orb Foundation. Engineers Harold Puthoff and Russell Targ present remote-viewing ESP data and physicist John Hasted reports on his metal-bending PK experiments. Physicist Elizabeth Rauscher presents an eight-dimensional model that shows how information from the future or past can be obtained as though it all existed in the now of the observer. Physicists Richard Mattuck and Evan Harris Walker postulate that the wave function of matter can be collapsed by willpower alone. Finally, physicist Costa de Beauregard "argues that the data and the theory of the physical sciences alone demands that ESP and PK exist" (p. 13).
